When you are going through a problem, you dont necessarily need someone who can give you advice, but what you need is someone who can listen and understand what you are going through. When you are feeling down and dont know what to do, just talk to someone about it. No matter how down you get on yourself, there is a way out by opening up with someone. Quite often the people who love you are just waiting to be asked. Dont let your pride get in the way of your emotional or mental health.
When you need help mentally or emotionally, there are a lot of things you can do. Physical health is very important, but you will never be completely healthy as long as there are problems with either your mind or your emotions. Obviously it is a good idea to seek the help of a mental health professional when you feel that this sort of help is needed.
